Our reception staff will ask for a brief description of the problem to allow them to direct you to the most appropriate person, this could be a GP, ANP, Nurse or another healthcare professional depending on the nature of your query.
Consultation with a member of the clinical team is by appointment only. The practice offers a range of routine appointments from 9:00am to 11:00am and 2:40pm to 5:00pm. If an urgent appointment for the same day is required, please phone from 8.30am or as early in the day as possible. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform the surgery as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
